Please note the Expedited and 2-Day Expedited shipping options cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If shipping to a PO Box, please be sure to select the Standard Shipping option.

Since fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods.

The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Returns and Exchanges


We are confident you will love your India Hicks product, but if you are not satisfied, please email our support team at with your order number and we can assist you with a free return label, or click here to chat with us. We will refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. From there, we can work with you on an exchange. All sale items are final sale.

What is the return/exchange process for international customers?

We are happy to ship a replacement for damaged/defective items. Should you decide the item is not something you prefer, please keep the item, and we will refund 80% of its retail value. We do not refund taxes, duties or shipping fees. Contact for additional details.
