RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Online purchases may be returned to Indiahicks.com. To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer service will be in touch within 24 hours of receipt of your message and will give details on how to return or exchange your merchandise. Indiahicks.com will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full price merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase and with the original receipt. Sale merchandise is non-refundable and returns will be issued in the form of an exchange or credit within 30 days of the original purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
All orders are shipped and delivered by UPS on business days only, (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery. We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands or Guam. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses. We will ship internationally at the customers full expense. International orders incur a $10 handling fee. Fragrances may only be shipped via UPS GROUND. Fragrances included in an expedited order (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) will be shipped separately via UPS Ground.
ORDERS DO NOT SHIP ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED.
Please allow 2 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends or national holidays.
